It is alleged Police in N. Ireland covered up a criminal investigation because it would implicate solicitor's Jason Mc Cue and Lucy Morgan from H2o Law along with Barry Penrose journalist working for the Sunday Times, the police had contacted former British Agent Kevin Fulton and informed him of the investigation, it is alleged Fulton was contacted by one of the above and told not to worry as it would be sorted out.
Mr Mc Cue from H2o law is representing the Omagh families in a civil case for compensation.
