Questions are now being asked about how police knew of the existence of interview tapes, and how Barry Penrose was in possession of them, the tapes are alleged to implicate Martin Mc Guinness MP & Fulton, in criminal and terrorist acts. It is alleged that the tapes are of former British agent Kevin Fulton and journalist Mick Mc Govern, it has also emerged that in 2006, Kevin Fulton started a legal action against Liam Clarke and the Sunday Times, in 2006 Kevin Fulton alleged to the Law Society of Northern Ireland that solicitor Jason Mc Cue had passed information concerning him and a security deal from the Sunday Times, to his police handlers, this information was leaked by special branch to the press causing Fulton to loose his property in Thailand.
