Are members of the RUC still protecting an old source.

Questions are now being asked how tapes that were handed over to police came to be in the possession of journalist and Sunday Times Legal Team worker Barry Penrose, it has been suggested the tapes were originally in the possession of solicitor Jason McCue, ( H2O Law, Solicitor for the Omagh Bomb victims civil case ) it is understood that Mr McCue had introduced Kevin Fulton to journalist Mick McGovern, and after a fall out over the smuggling of illegal contraband Mr Mc Cue held the taps for safe keeping as Mick McGovern did not own copyright to the work on the novel.......... has Pandora's box just been opened ??????

It is alleged Police in N. Ireland covered up a criminal investigation because it would implicate solicitor's Jason Mc Cue and Lucy Morgan from H2o Law along with Barry Penrose journalist working for the Sunday Times, the police had contacted former British Agent Kevin Fulton and informed him of the investigation, it is alleged Fulton was contacted by one of the above and told not to worry as it would be sorted out.
Mr Mc Cue from H2o law is representing the Omagh families in a civil case for compensation.

Request for Liam Clarke of the Sunday Times, to go on TV Show.

Living TV. show Most Haunted has been ask to contact Mr Liam Clarke Editor of the Sunday Times, Liam has shown great skill at correctly predicting what is about to happen in Police investigations in N. Ireland. Some people are of the opinion Liam should be working for the police as a clairvoyant, this way the police might be able to clear up a lot of crimes from the past.

Martin Mc Guinness and the tapes,Making the News.

Questions are now being asked about how police knew of the existence of interview tapes, and how Barry Penrose was in possession of them, the tapes are alleged to implicate Martin Mc Guinness MP & Fulton, in criminal and terrorist acts. It is alleged that the tapes are of former British agent Kevin Fulton and journalist Mick Mc Govern, it has also emerged that in 2006, Kevin Fulton started a legal action against Liam Clarke and the Sunday Times, in 2006 Kevin Fulton alleged to the Law Society of Northern Ireland that solicitor Jason Mc Cue had passed information concerning him and a security deal from the Sunday Times, to his police handlers, this information was leaked by special branch to the press causing Fulton to loose his property in Thailand.
