Questions are now being asked how tapes that were handed over to police came to be in the possession of journalist and Sunday Times Legal Team worker Barry Penrose, it has been suggested the tapes were originally in the possession of solicitor Jason McCue, ( H2O Law, Solicitor for the Omagh Bomb victims civil case ) it is understood that Mr McCue had introduced Kevin Fulton to journalist Mick McGovern, and after a fall out over the smuggling of illegal contraband Mr Mc Cue held the taps for safe keeping as Mick McGovern did not own copyright to the work on the novel.......... has Pandora's box just been opened ??????
